Concrete floor scraper machine plays a key role in sewage treatment and other fields, but some faults may occur during operation. The following are common faults and corresponding solutions:
1. Scraper failure
Fault phenomenon: The scraper may be worn, deformed or broken. Wear will make the scraping effect worse, while deformation and breakage will make some areas unable to scrape mud, affecting the overall processing efficiency.
Solution: Check the scraper regularly. If it is slightly worn, it can be repaired by welding or grinding. If it is severely worn or deformed or broken, the scraper needs to be replaced in time. At the same time, ensure that there are no large sharp foreign objects in the materials entering the sedimentation tank to avoid damage to the scraper.
2. Transmission component failure
Fault phenomenon: The transmission chain may be loose or broken, and the gear may be worn or have missing teeth. A loose chain will cause the scraper to run unstably, and a broken chain will cause the equipment to stop; a gear failure will cause abnormal transmission, noise, or even equipment jamming.
Solution: For chains, check the tension regularly and adjust the tensioner in time when it is loose. If the chain is broken, replace it with a new one and check if the sprocket is damaged. For gears, minor wear can be repaired, but serious wear or missing teeth require replacement with a new gear, and ensure installation accuracy and good lubrication conditions.
3. Drive motor failure
Fault phenomenon: The motor may be overloaded and heated, unable to start, or the speed may be abnormal. Overload and heating may be due to excessive resistance of the equipment, failure to start may be due to electrical failure or mechanical jamming, and abnormal speed will affect the scraping effect.
Solution: When the motor is overloaded and heated, stop the machine immediately for inspection, remove obstacles around the scraper and equipment, and reduce running resistance. At the same time, check the motor cooling fan and vents to ensure good heat dissipation. If the motor cannot start, first check whether the power supply line, contactor, relay and other electrical components are normal, and then check whether the motor bearings and transmission parts are stuck. For abnormal speed, check the motor inverter settings or whether the belt drive is slipping, and make corresponding adjustments or repairs.
4. Track or guide device failure
Fault phenomenon: In a gantry type scraper, the track may be deformed and worn, and the guide wheel may deviate from the track. This will cause the gantry to run unsteadily and the scraper to scrape the mud unevenly.
Solution: Regularly check the flatness and wear of the track, correct the deformed parts, and repair or replace the severely worn track. Check the wear and tightness of the guide wheel, and adjust the position of the guide wheel in time to ensure that the gantry truck runs smoothly and the scraper scrapes the mud according to the predetermined track.
Through regular inspection, maintenance and timely handling of these common faults, the stable operation of the Sludge scraper can be guaranteed and the reliability and efficiency of the sewage treatment system can be improved.
