1. Filter belt
The filter belt is one of the core components. It is the medium for solid-liquid separation of materials. It is usually made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant and breathable materials such as polyester or polypropylene. There are certain pores on its surface, which allow liquid to pass through under pressure or gravity, while solid particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter belt. 2. Drive device
It is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer and transmission components. The motor provides power, and after the speed is adjusted by the reducer, the filter belt is driven to circulate through transmission components (such as gears, chains, etc.). This device ensures that the filter belt runs stably at an appropriate speed, so that the material can be filtered continuously.
3. Tensioning device
It consists of a tensioning roller and an adjustment mechanism. Its function is to keep the filter belt in an appropriate tension state. If the filter belt is too loose, it will cause the filter belt to deviate during operation, affecting the uniformity of filtration; if it is too tight, it will increase the wear of the filter belt and reduce its service life.
4. Pressing roller system
It includes multiple rollers of different diameters and arrangements. When the material passes through the rollers between the filter belts, the rollers apply pressure to squeeze out the liquid in the material. These rollers can be set with different pressure areas as needed, such as low pressure areas and high pressure areas, to gradually improve the dehydration effect.
5. Cleaning device
It is mainly composed of a cleaning nozzle and a cleaning sink. During the filtration process, solid particles will remain on the filter belt. The cleaning device uses high-pressure water sprayed from the nozzle to rinse the filter belt, and the sink collects the sewage after cleaning to ensure that the pores of the filter belt are not blocked, thereby maintaining the good filtration performance of the filter belt.
6. Feeding device and unloading device
The feeding device can evenly distribute the material to be filtered at the starting end of the filter belt. The unloading device is used to scrape or separate the filter cake formed after filtration from the end of the filter belt so that the filter cake can be discharged from the equipment smoothly.
