Releaser's unique design

The releaser was developed on the basis of studying the basic principle of dissolved gas release and combining the vibration principle. It not only absorbs the excellent performance of the TS and TJ type dissolved gas release devices, but also improves the distribution uniformity of the released water of the releaser. The probability of adhesion of microbubbles to impurities in the water to be treated is increased, thereby further improving the effect of air flotation and water purification.


In addition, if the release device is blocked, as long as the vent valve is opened outside the air floating pool and the compressed air source is turned on, the plug in the release device can be flushed with the pressure dissolved water. This overcomes the drawbacks of the TS type dissolved gas release device. At the same time, it also saves the vacuuming device than the TJ type dissolved gas release device.


When the releaser is in normal operation, the vibration disc is kept in the best working condition with the fixed disc due to the spring pressure. For example, when the impurities in the water block the release device and cannot be released normally, the compressed air machine gas source can be turned on, and the vibration plate is dropped for a certain distance, so that the water flow channel is enlarged, and the impurities are quickly washed away by the dissolved gas, about every second. After that, cut off the air supply and open the bleed valve to deflate, reset the vibration plate, and again in the best working condition. In order to prevent the corrosion of the release device in the waste water, stainless steel and copper are used.
