1. Optimize Gas Supply Conditions
The purity and stability of the gas supply directly affect pressure balance. Ensure the gas supply is clean and free of impurities, preventing oil, moisture, and other contaminants from entering the system. Regularly check the operating status of the gas supply equipment, investigate for insufficient gas supply or airflow fluctuations, and promptly clean the gas source filter to ensure a continuous and stable airflow input, reducing pressure fluctuations at the source.
2. Check System Sealing
Sealing failure is a major cause of pressure leakage. A comprehensive inspection of the sealing conditions of key components in the dissolved air system, such as pipe interfaces, valves, and dissolved air tanks, is necessary. Pay particular attention to whether seals are aged or damaged, and whether pipe connections are secure. Replace any problematic seals with qualified ones and retighten the interfaces. Also check the sealing performance of the dissolved air tank lid to prevent sudden pressure drops due to gas leakage.
3. Standardize Operating Parameters
Improper operation can easily lead to pressure imbalance. Strictly control the quality of the incoming water to prevent high-suspended solids and high-viscosity wastewater from entering the system and causing pipe blockage. Maintain a stable return water volume, avoid sudden increases or decreases in load, and ensure a coordinated water and air intake ratio in the dissolved air system. Adjust valve openings appropriately, avoiding frequent and significant adjustments to operating parameters to maintain system stability.
4. Strengthen equipment maintenance
Regular maintenance of key components can prevent abnormal pressure. Regularly clean the dissolved air release device to prevent blockages that could lead to uneven gas release. Check the accuracy of pressure gauges, calibrate or replace faulty instruments promptly to ensure accurate pressure monitoring. Regularly inspect the booster pump to ensure stable pump operation and prevent abnormal pressure delivery due to pump malfunctions. Also, clean the system filter to prevent impurities from accumulating and affecting fluid flow.
