Multiphase dissolved air flotation is a highly efficient technology widely used in the field of water treatment.

Its working principle mainly involves several key links. First, the dissolved air system in the multiphase mixed dissolved air flotation system plays a vital role. Under certain pressure conditions, air is forced to dissolve in water, and after this process, dissolved air water is formed. This dissolved air process requires precise pressure control and professional equipment support to ensure that the air can be fully integrated into the water to achieve the best dissolved air effect.

Then, when the dissolved air water enters the release system, the situation changes. Under reduced pressure, the dissolved air water is quickly released into the water to be treated. At this moment, the air originally dissolved in the water is rapidly precipitated in the form of extremely small bubbles. These tiny bubbles have an amazingly high specific surface area, which means that they can fully and extensively contact various pollutants in the water. Whether it is suspended particles, oily substances, or difficult-to-degrade organic matter and other pollutants, they can interact with these tiny bubbles.

Due to the buoyancy of the bubbles themselves, pollutants in the water are brought to the surface of the water by these tiny bubbles. On the surface of the water, pollutants gradually gather to form scum.
