The scraper needs an electric motor to provide power when it is running, so if the motor fails, no matter how good the scraper is, it will not work.
1. The motor cannot start or stops slowly immediately after starting. The main reasons are: too much load; serious blocking of running parts; serious convexity and concave; too low power supply voltage; insufficient transformer capacity, too large starting voltage drop; abnormal switch operation; too long delay between the head and tail motors, resulting in single-machine drag; motor failure itself.
2. The motor is overheating. The reasons are probably that the motor fan inlet and heat sink are not clean, the motor heat dissipation is not good; the overload operation time is too long; the bearing is lacking oil or damaged; the motor output shaft connection is not concentric, or the anchor bolts are loose, the vibration is large, and the head is unstable; the start-up is too frequent, the starting current is large, the fuse and fuse are too large, and the motor works under the starting current for a long time.
3. The motor sound is abnormal. Single-phase operation; bad connection head; too heavy load; bearing damage; conveyor is crushed by lapping or roof collapse.
