Background technology of the invention of the scraper equipment

For the horizontal flow sedimentation tank, the product structure forms used in the past include three types: driving type scraper, driving type suction machine and metal chain drive scraper. They have been used since the 1980s. The main defects are as follows:

The traveling type scraper adopts a single scraper structure. Due to the limitation of the sludge accumulation angle during scraping, the scraping efficiency is low. When the sedimentation tank is long, the sludge cannot be discharged in time, and the sludge will float due to anaerobic nitrification, affecting the water quality. Three sets of transmission mechanisms are required to complete the driving of the traveling crane, the lifting and lowering of the scraper blade, and the retracting and releasing of the skimmer blade, and the whole machine consumes high power.

The difference from the traveling type scraper is that the sludge is discharged by the suction pipe, and the disadvantage is that the concentration of the discharged sludge cannot be correctly controlled. For the horizontal flow sedimentation tank, the amount of sludge in the water inlet direction is relatively large, and the closer to the water outlet, the less sludge. However, the suction machine basically uses a constant speed to drive, and the overall water content of the sucked sludge is high, which will increase the processing load of the subsequent process. Three sets of transmission mechanisms are required to complete the driving of the traveling crane, the vacuum suction of the suction pipe, and the retraction and extension of the skimming plate, and the whole machine consumes high power.

In the late 1980s and early 1990s, metal chain-driven scrapers were used. The conveyor links were made of cast steel and stainless steel materials, and stainless steel scrapers were used. However, due to the heavy weight of the chain links and scrapers, the chain links and scrapers were severely worn, the equipment life was short, and the replacement of parts had to be carried out after the sewage treatment plant stopped production and drained the water, which made it difficult to ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment plant. When cast steel conveyor chains were used, the materials corroded severely in the sewage environment. If stainless steel materials were used, the cost of the whole machine was high and the cost was relatively high. When an integral sprocket was used, maintenance and replacement were inconvenient, and the processor needed to be stopped and the water in the processor drained, which made the maintenance time long and the cost high.
